About Walid Zou'bi

Walid Zou'bi is a visual artist with a diverse background that includes Danish, Jordanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, German, and Turkish ancestry. He has explored a variety of artistic mediums throughout his career, from fashion design to special effects makeup. His latest venture is into the world of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), with his first-ever collection titled "CYber Heads."

The Making of CYber Heads

Zou'bi's interest in NFTs was sparked by the prospect of exploring a new medium and creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces of art. He was drawn to the innovative nature of the NFT market and the ability to reach a wider audience with his work. "I've always been interested in new forms of artistic expression and experimenting with different mediums," he said. "NFTs offered an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of what's possible with digital art."

The "CYber Heads" collection features a series of digital art pieces that draw inspiration from ancient Mesopotamian and Sumerian goddesses, as well as anthropology and the occult. The pieces are colorful and trippy, and Zou'bi sees them as functional art that would look great in a stained glass window triptych. Each piece is accompanied by a description that offers insight into Zou'bi's creative process and the themes he explores in his work.

Unlocking The Meaning Behind CYber Heads

Zou'bi's approach to art in general is informed by his Danish/Jordanian heritage and cultural identity. He sees his art as a reflection of his diverse background and draws inspiration from his experiences and perspectives. "As an artist, I believe it's important to stay true to who you are and where you come from," he said. "My heritage and cultural identity are an integral part of my work, and I hope to share that with others through my art."

Despite the excitement surrounding NFTs, Zou'bi has faced several challenges in marketing his collection. One of the biggest challenges is the general public's ignorance and cluelessness about NFTs. "Many people still don't understand what NFTs are and how they work," he said. "It's important to educate people and help them understand the potential of this new medium."

Another challenge is the lack of diversity in the NFT market. Zou'bi believes that the market has been dominated by a select group of artists, and that there is a need for more diversity and inclusivity in the space. "It's important to create opportunities for artists from all backgrounds and perspectives to succeed in the NFT market," he said. "That's the only way we can truly harness the power of this new medium and create a more vibrant and diverse art world."
Zou'bi is committed to using his art to make a difference in the world. He plans to use the proceeds from his NFT sales to support causes such as animal welfare, cancer research, and AIDS research. "As an artist, I feel it's important to use my platform to make a positive impact on the world," he said. "I hope that my art can inspire others to do the same and make a difference in their own way."

What's Next for Walid and the NFT World

For other artists just starting to explore the world of NFTs and blockchain technology, Zou'bi offers several words of advice. He encourages artists to stay curious, think functionally, and see how their work translates to other mediums.
He also advises artists to be business-savvy, trust no one, and always read the fine print. "NFTs offer a lot of potential for artists, but it's important to approach them with a clear understanding of what you're getting into," he said.

Overall, Walid Zou'bi's journey as an artist and his foray into the world of NFTs represents an exciting new chapter in his artistic career. As the NFT market continues to evolve and gain popularity, Zou'bi's work serves as a reminder of the power of digital art to connect people and communities across borders and boundaries. With his unique perspective and innovative approach, Zou'bi is poised to make a lasting impact on the NFT market and the art world as a whole.
